Invoice Processing Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Salary Band: $400 to $500 USD

We're looking for a focused invoicing specialist to help with invoice processing for our restaurant technology platform. The specialist will handle a set of bar/restaurant invoice accounts and will be responsible for converting invoice information and inputting into our system. This will also require some ability to process and understand each item and what the correct format should be. This specialist will convert and capture data in a timely and accurate manner, identify and correct any errors and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.

To do well in this job, you should collect information and capture data promptly to ensure the invoice database is constantly updated and correct. Top candidates will be focused, diligent, energetic and have good people’s skills.

Responsibilities:
- Processing invoice content, converting content onto our database and eventually converting invoices on behalf of our customers
- Being able to identify areas of issues and fix them
- Be able to effectively project management between different ongoing clients

Planned Initial Screening & Evaluation:

(1) Why do you think you will be able to do a good job at invoice processing?
(2) How comfortable are you with dealing with complex invoices, especially ones that require you to think about how to process it?
(3) Are you a fast learner?

(4) how well they answered the questions
