Internal Sales

JDI is seeking an Internal Sales Rep for their existing customer base. This is a Full-time position Monday to Friday
**NO COLD CALLING**


- You will be responsible for reaching out to existing customers to ensure they got link to place the order via email, phone call or text messaging.
- If the customer has not received or looked at your sent email, you will need to follow up via phone call to go over the line for the current season and review the shipping timeline.
- Some customers may order over the phone with you, which you will be responsible it is going in the system correctly and a copy of the order is sent to the customer.
-Responsible for sending weekly link to customers to place purchase orders


Requirement:
-Must know how to use Canva to make basic designs for email sending to customers
-Must have previous experience speaking to customers
-Must have good Reference
-Confidence in initiating conversations with diverse individuals
- Achieve both daily, weekly & monthly quotas

To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A reliable laptop/desktop with a powerful 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
* A stable internet connection
* A reliable backup internet source (pocket wifi) to overcome any connectivity hurdles
* A USB noise-canceling headset to immerse yourself in successful conversations


Part-Time: M-F (7:00am to 4:00am Pacific Time)
