Integrator / Project Manager or COO

I’m looking for an integrator / COO / project management type of person.

I run a SaaS platform and coaching/training company which teaches people how to become agency owners.

Basically, I’m looking for someone who can take my (CEO) ideas and turn them into action, and also add system and process to things we already do (I’m an unorganised person and things often fall through the cracks or get delayed because I’m a bottleneck).

You should for example be able to receive a Loom video froUpgrade to see actual info showing how I do certain things and turn them into reliable, repeatable processes - setting up any tools or project management workflows required, creating SOP’s, managing any relevant people related to the task (or even finding them here on Upwork perhaps if we don’t have that person), etc.

Or you should be able to receive a top level idea froUpgrade to see actual info of something I want to do, and turn that into action.

This means you should be able to think for yourself and not require constant micromanagement.

If this sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you. Please list relevant experience, the kind of tools you've used related to this type of role, and if you've previously created SOP's or process charts or anything relevant if you can attach any sample that would be great and get you a closer look, but not required if you don't have any to hand.
