Insurance Claims Handling

Overview of Job

Prepare and submit insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide administration support to insurance brokers by participating in insurance policy pre-renewal,
Manage key stakeholder relationships with brokers, underwriters & other executives.
Manage end-to-end claims processes for the general line of business.
Ensure timely and accurate assessment, processing, and settlement of claims.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth claim resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Understanding of Systems and Client tools with Training
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word & PPT.

Requirements:

Good understanding of claims assessment, processing, and settlement procedures, policy renewal procedures, and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responc

Manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish. Take ownership and accountability of claims management and client relationship.

Manage end-to-end claims processes for the general line of business.

Ensure timely and accurate lodgement, assessment, processing, and settlement of claims. Comply with service level agreement timelines.

Manage key stakeholder relationships with brokers, underwriters & other stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth claim resolution.

Provide policy administration support to clients by participating in their insurance policy.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Able to provide claims insights to clients and provide proactive claims handling services.

Learning & understanding of various systems and client tools with continuous training

Work within Australian eastern timelines to liaise with various stakeholders.
