Insurance CSR Team lead

Access Insurance Underwriter, LLC, a rapidly growing insurance company in Florida, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance CSR who can work full time during US EST hours. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service preferably as a Team Leader with experience in insurance customer service, a team player and is good in meeting KPIs.

As our Insurance CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients. Tasks will include:

* Answer incoming phone calls from clients and provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance.
* Handle and resolve escalated customer inquiries and issues.
* Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

* Near native English communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication with customers
* Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
* Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate information gathering and recording
* Available and able to work from 9am-5pm EST to meet our customers' needs
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Ring Central
* Typing skills of at least 50 WPM to efficiently handle client requests and inquiries
* Must have at least i5-7 processor or its equivalent and noise-canceling headset to ensure high-quality call connection
* Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and customers with varying needs
* Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
