We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team and create dynamic, engaging, and effective training content. Our ideal candidate is someone who can blend clarity, conciseness, and a conversational tone to develop training materials that not only educate but also motivate and inspire our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop a range of training materials, including SOPs, e-learning modules, video scripts, and interactive activities, using a clear and engaging writing style.

2. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and translate complex information into accessible, learner-friendly content.

3. Apply instructional design theories and practice to ensure content is effective for diverse learning styles, incorporating elements of the "why," "what," "how," and "what if" learning quadrants.

4. Utilize a variety of formats and channels to cater to different learning preferences, ensuring all training materials are aligned with our organizational goals and values.

5. Continuously evaluate and update training content based on feedback and the evolving needs of our team.


Requirements:

1. Experience in digital marketing and related fields.

2. Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of training materials crafted in a clear, concise, and engaging style.

3. Strong understanding of instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices.

4. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand language.

5. Experience working with e-learning platforms, content management systems, and design tools.

6. Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs, project managers, and the learning and development team to meet project deadlines and objectives.

7. A creative mindset, with a passion for developing innovative learning experiences that drive engagement and performance.
