Job Description:

As an Installation Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, assessing installation requirements, scheduling appointments, coordinating with technicians, and addressing any service-related issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding TV mounting services via phone, and email inquiries.
Assess the scope of work required for each installation by gathering relevant information from customers.
Schedule installation appointments efficiently, taking into account customer preferences and technician availability.
Coordinate with our team of technicians to ensure timely dispatch and completion of installations, providing clear instructions and relevant details for each job.
Monitor installation progress and address any logistical or technical challenges that may arise, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for the customer.
Handle customer service inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and job details in our database or CRM system.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in a related industry such as home services, electronics, or telecommunications. Preferably experience related to residential or commercial construction.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
