We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Instagram and Facebook Ads Social Media Manager. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your talent, drive results, and contribute to our growth in the digital space.
As the Instagram and Facebook Ads Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will manage when to share reels/posts,engage with accounts in the niche, manage ad campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across Instagram and Facebook platforms.
Engage organically with other accounts and with DMs
Manage and optimize ad campaigns onFacebook to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance our digital presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.


Requirements:
Proven experience as a social media manager, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook platforms.
Experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
