Instagram Marketer + Lead Gen

I'm looking for a dynamic, clever personality who can create content, write witty captions, engage and organically grow faceless Instagram accounts with focus on IG Reels. You should be experienced with social media marketing, be up to date on trending music and American pop culture, understand metrics and should also be skilled with generating leads through Instagram. If you also have experience with Pinterest & understand SEO/keywords for Pinterest, even better.

I'm looking for someone long term as I have multiple projects I will need help with. As the project progresses, if you're doing exceptional work, I will likely request additional hours with an increase in pay to match. I'm also known for giving bonuses to reward excellent work that results in success/profit for my business. While I've listed 10 hours a week, that may be flexible.
