Job Description
============
We are on a mission to help improve access to high-quality, affordable child care and we are seeking an amazing customer support and inside sales professional to join our team! You will be the face and voice of the company and you will help families find a daycare or preschool that matches their needs. This is a mix of an advisor role with inside sales. You must have a desire to close, but also be caring and compassionate with a real desire to help parents through stressful times. This is NOT a hard sales role, we are not looking for sharks who sell at all costs.

Much of your time will be spent on the phone (and email) so you must be a fluent English speaker. You must be able to commit to a full-time position, working from home on EST hours. You must be entrepreneurial and thrive in a fast-paced role over the phone (headset, multi-tasking by speaking on the phone and entering data into our CRM.) You must also have a high degree of Empathetic Intelligence. What You will Be Doing
=================
• Perform 50+ calls/day + emails/SMS (no cold calling, all calls/emails are to people who used our site)
• Take a consultative approach to understand client needs
• Manage leads in our CRM: accurately maintain records, guide parents with frequent follow up (phone, email, SMS)
• Communicate clearly, provide exemplary customer service, and manage long-term high-value relationships
• Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales quotas

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker (not required but a BIG plus: you are also fluent in Spanish)
• 3-10+ years of experience with inside sales / customer support
• Outstanding written & phone communication skills, and fast typing skills
• Owner mentality: you are self-motivated, set your own goals and deliver results working independently
• Be tenacious, high-energy, positive and able to overcome objections
• Be EXTREMELY attentive to details with consistent error-free execution
• Home office: high speed internet + back-up internet + privacy (office or room with no background noise)

• Competitive base + UNCAPPED commission (total 50,000 to 150,000 including a base of 20k-40k + uncapped commission of 30k-120k or more). Commission varies a lot based on performance, but our top performers have earned up to 150k, we will be happy to introduce you to confirm.

We are a small team with a big mission. Please note that to earn a high commission, you will have to work hard. We are looking for long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and if you consistently contribute to the team & company, you will have room for growth.
