We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for driving our business acquisition efforts by scheduling appointments for our manager. While experience in IT or acquisitions is not mandatory, it is a valuable asset.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to provided leads to secure appointments.
- Research and identify prospective targets.
- Generate leads.
- Schedule appointments with potential sellers according to the buyer's availability.

- Follow up with potential sellers for rescheduling or additional meetings.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment booking goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound cold calling.
- Proven track record in lead generation, appointment setting, and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales-related tools.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in IT is highly desirable.
