Inside Sales Associate for a US Trucking Company

Eveready Express is a well-established USA leader in Trucking, Courier, Logistics, and Distribution. Founded in 1984, we pride ourselves on Honesty, Integrity, and Mutual Respect.

Our growing team currently includes Eleven virtual members and our staff-onsite.

We are currently looking for two Full-time Inside Sales Associate.

The overall goal for the ISA is to build sales and gross profit for the Eveready Express fleet. The ISA will work closely with the dispatch staff to make fleet sales and profit

The job description will include the ff:

- Prospect and Existing Client outreach
- Contacting Prospects for both Shipper/s and Broker'/s.
- A candidate that has a strong personality that can connect with NYC Personalities
- 50+ outbound calls per day to qualify and Build Relationships
- Handle inbound email and phone inquiries, including entering orders and quotes to assist our customers and prospects you
are working with. Minimum 20 orders per week.
- Outbound calls to follow up on prospects who have already inquired about our service, and prospects identified by our sales
team
- Follow up with current and inactive customers, to build relationships and offer additional services
- Utilize our CRM, OnePageCRM, including email templates, and logging information obtained during calls
- Team player as you will be working very closely with a Dispatch and other members of the Team


ISA Requirements and Qualifications


• 2+ years of work experience as an ISA

- Has a HUnter instinct

- Experience in the Trucking logistics industry is a HUGE PLUS

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Great personality, upbeat attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- We work USA Eastern Time shifts Monday - Friday


System Requirements:


-The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for leading hardware and backup

-Ram should be at least 8 gigs with 100 GB free disk space

-A second Monitor for multi-tasking

-A Headset with a noise-canceling feature

-At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main and backup ISP

-Strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP
