Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with experience in database management to enhance our client outreach efforts. The primary responsibilities will include cold calling homeowners to assess their interest in selling their homes, managing responses from home value leads, handling buyer inquiries, and meticulously following up with all leads to nurture relationships and set appointments for our sales team. Additionally, this role involves significant database management duties to ensure accurate documentation and efficient tracking of client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Engage in circle prospecting by initiating cold calls to homeowners to gauge interest in selling.
-Respond promptly and effectively to home value and buyer leads.
-Follow up on leads diligently to ensure progression through the sales funnel.
-Nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to facilitate future sales.
-Set qualified appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential sellers and buyers.
-Manage and maintain the client database, ensuring all communications and interactions are logged accurately.
-Use database insights to improve client engagement strategies and sales outcomes.
-Achieve monthly quotas of calls made and appointments set.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent within the real estate industry.
-Strong track record of handling expired listings, FSBO (For Sale By Owner), and direct lead calling.
-Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
-Must be resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and persistently continue to make calls.
-A driven individual who is motivated to meet call targets and set appointments.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in database management and documentation.
