Influencer Marketing/Community Management Assistant

Weekly Tasks include: Find and organize relevant influencer profiles using 'content buckets' and add them to lists. Create automated outreach and follow up campaigns to send to those lists. Report on how many influencer posts have been tracked that week.

Daily Tasks Include: Check in daily and build relationships with those influencers through the email function. Use tags to correctly organize and update influencer profiles for reporting purposes. Send free product to influencers. Check in daily to ensure they receive the product, are happy with the product, and can post on their socials with the product and/or leave a review on the website. Log social posts in the influencer profiles.

Monthly Tasks Include: Re-engage 'active' influencers (those who post) by sending more free product on a monthly basis. Report on how many posts have been tracked for that month.
