Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time Inbound and Outbound Caller Requires VOICE as well as Social Media, sending SMS Campaigns using Launch control Platform and Disposition of the properties
Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to work remotely with real estate sales ability for inbound and outbound leads for a USA based Vacant Land Real Estate company.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate seller and buyer leads through cold texting,
2.Manage inbound calls, and follow up with leads from all platforms
3.Manage social media posts for the company and respond back to inquiries
4. Help with dispositions of the inventory by following up with the leads
Soft Skills:
1. Fluent in English written and spoken with minimal non-American accent.
2. Detail-oriented, kind, and empathetic.
3 Ability to work independently, and "think on your feet".
4. Multi tasker and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Technical Skills:
1. Computer and tech-savvy.
2. Previous CRM experience is a plus.
3. Previous experience with texting campaigns and Launch Control SMS platform an asset
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday (Flexible around Normal working hours - Eastern Standard Time)
.Saturday Half Day
Pay:
• Salary Negotiable based on your relative experience PLUS Monthly bonus based on Gross Profit
Job Requirements:
• High Speed Internet Service WITH a similar or better Speed Back up Internet Source
• Noise Cancelling Headphones in a relatively Noise free Environment
Must like answering calls, texting and chatting on the phone as well as familiar with social media platforms
