JOB OVERVIEW

We're a leading provider of hydroponics and specialty growing equipment, seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist who can educate and support our customers on their growing journeys. In this remote role, you'll be the technical expert our customers rely on, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to achieve successful harvests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls with enthusiasm, creating a positive experience for every customer.
• Build relationships and uncover customer needs through thoughtful questioning and product knowledge.
• Act as a trusted advisor– guide customers to the ideal products and answer questions with clarity.
• Provide exceptional support throughout the process, boosting customer loyalty and long-term success.

Compensation:
- You can expect to earn $1,500 or more per month through a combination of a generous base salary and uncapped commissions. Your earning potential is directly tied to your success in helping customers achieve their growing goals.
