Position Summary:

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Team Manager with a keen eye for influencer partnership potential and a proven track record in overseeing successful gifting programs. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our team towards identifying influencers who perfectly match our brand's minimalist elegance, focusing specifically on those who can genuinely engage with our UK audience. Your dual expertise in discerning the suitability of influencers and managing an impactful gifting program will drive our brand's visibility and affinity. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Direct and develop a team responsible for influencer identification and engagement, ensuring they are motivated, informed, and equipped to attract the right brand ambassadors.

Influencer Strategy Insight: Combine your strategic insight with a knack for identifying influencer partnership opportunities that are a perfect fit for our brand, as well as steering clear of those that aren’t. You’ll ensure our collaborations are not only effective but also genuinely resonate with our audience.

Gifting Program Oversight: Manage and optimize our influencer gifting program, ensuring it's strategic, creative, and aligns with our marketing goals. Your role involves overseeing the personalizing outreach, and measuring the impact of these initiatives to continually refine our approach.

Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align the influencer collaboration and gifting strategies with broader brand objectives. Ensure coherence and synergy in all activities to maximize brand impact.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and workflows within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement tools and practices that support goal achievement and operational excellence.

Performance Monitoring: Set clear team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of key metrics.
