Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with customers via email, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive and professional approach. This role requires proficiency in German, French, and English to provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries, issues, and feedback via email in German, French, and English, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Provide insights and suggestions for improving customer service protocols based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an impeccable command of German, French, and English.
A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines.
