We are urgently seeking a skilled Podcast and Video Editor available to start immediately. This remote role requires a commitment to Australian business hours and demands expertise in both long-form podcast editing and short-form content creation for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You will join our dynamic content team to significantly shape the narrative and enhance the visual storytelling of our podcast videos.

Key Responsibilities:
* Edit and optimise audio and video content for podcasts and social media clips.
* Utilise creative editing techniques to captivate the audience across various platforms.
* Manage tight schedules and maintain high productivity in content delivery.
* Organise media archives and handle assets efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
* Immediate availability to start work.
* Extensive experience in video editing, particularly with podcasts and social media content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos).
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, Adobe Audition, Adobe After Effects, and other relevant editing software.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt content for different social media platforms.
* Exceptional storytelling, organisational, and teamwork skills.
