Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolution for IT issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the latest technologies and IT best practices.
- Conducting company-wide updates to LOB applications.
- Troubleshooting backup systems.
- Resolving DHCP or DNS issues.
- Making network device configuration changes.
- Addressing common errors across the entire network.
- Handling recurring small problems.
- Resolving minor server issues (e.g., RDS sessions stuck, server reboots, modifications to share permissions).
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or graduated from a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with relevant IT certification(s).
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong English proficiency.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
