JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Managed IT Services Company based in California. We provide Managed IT Services, Managed Datacenter & Cloud Solutions, and Managed Security Services to business customers.

We are looking for two enthusiastic candidates who want to step up their careers in technical support, networking, firewall, and systems administration. We will consider candidates with hands-on experience in supporting Windows PCs, Mac Systems, IoS, and Android devices and a good understanding of Networks, Firewalls, and Servers. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance in their technical career.

This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for candidates with prior Desktop Technical Support work experience. This is a customer-facing technical position that requires good technical understanding and excellent interpersonal skills. We offer incentives for our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to grow their expertise and gain industry certifications.

Available for work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM US Pacific Time (UTC -8:00).
The ideal candidates for this position should have the utmost eagerness to learn technical stuff, an outwardly friendly attitude, and enjoy working with people. They should be able to demonstrate expertise in:

Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 Desktop OS
Apple Mac OS, IOS & Android
PC, Server, and Mac Hardware
Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019 Server OS
Servers, Network Equipment, Storage Systems and Firewall devices
Networks, TCP/IP; VPN, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switching; VLAN, etc.
We will train the ideal candidates to perform the following job duties:

Use of advanced IT Services, Support, and Management Tools
Windows & Mac Desktop Support (Remote and On-Site)
Windows and Linux Server Administration and Troubleshooting
Network, Storage Systems, and Firewall Administration
VOIP Telecom System configuration, installation, and support
Cloud Infrastructure Administration
Firewall configuration, monitoring, and management
Backup & Disaster Recovery Systems Administration
Manage and resolve issues submitted via the service ticketing system
