Tech Support Research & Development Trainer

An IT trainer for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is crucial in ensuring that staff members are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high-quality IT services to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Training Program Development: Designing and developing training programs that align with the MSP's objectives and client needs.

Delivery of Training: Conducting training sessions using various methods such as workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to educate staff on technical skills and service delivery processes.

Training Material Development: Creating training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online resources to support training programs.

Assessment of Training Needs: Identifying the training needs of staff through evaluations and feedback to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.

Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback to make improvements.

Supporting Continuous Learning: Encouraging a culture of continuous learning within the organization by providing ongoing support and resources.

Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with technical teams to understand training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Documentation and Reporting: Documenting training activities and preparing reports for management on training effectiveness and staff performance.

Qualification:

Good communication and Technical Skills, People Person, and Presentable.

Experience:

Has experience in presentation or managing members or some sort of basic training and guiding.
