Experience working with an MSP company before is REQUIRED.
ConnectWise experience is required.

As an IT Project Manager/Service Manager with ConnectWise experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing both the technical and service aspects of our projects, and your ConnectWise expertise will be crucial in optimizing our service operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both software and hardware or network infrastructure, with a proven track record of successful project management. The individual must not only excel in managerial responsibilities but also be hands-on and willing to collaborate closely with their team.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Lead, plan, and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
Define project goals, deliverables, and key success criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks and responsibilities.
Service Management:

Oversee the service delivery process to meet customer expectations and SLAs.
Ensure that services are delivered efficiently, and iUpgrade to see actual info are resolved promptly.
Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
ConnectWise Integration:

Utilize your expertise in ConnectWise to optimize processes, automation, and reporting.
Configure and customize ConnectWise to meet the specific needs of our projects and services.
Team Leadership:

Manage a team of technical professionals and provide guidance and mentorship.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed about project status.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues and changes in project scope.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT project management and service management.
ConnectWise expertise includes configuration, automation, and reporting.
Strong technical background with knowledge of software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of IT best practices and industry standards.
