JOB OVERVIEW

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure that project objectives are met.
• Identify and allocate resources required for project execution, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identify and resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessments to measure project success, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, management, and project teams.

Qualifications:

1. Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is essential.

2. Excellent Communication Skills: Project coordinators interact with various stakeholders, including project managers, sponsors, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Effective communication skills are crucial. Strong writing skills are required.

3. Pacific Time Zone Availability: Must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone hours.

4. Smart and Critical Thinker: Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make informed decisions.

5. Quick Learner: Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.

6. Project Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Workfront is a must.

7. Positive Attitude and Work Ethic: Takes initiative, maintains focus, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
