Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related courses
- Preferred 1 to 2 year experiences as Tech Support, IT Associate or other similar role.
- Familiar in basic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair both hardware and software

Job Description
- Performs preventive maintenance of hardware and software updates
- Performs hardware and software troubleshooting
- Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end-users or departmental staff, be able to do basic troubleshooting and assist users through simple procedures.
- Performs virus coordination
- Prepares weekly and monthly status report on hardware/software
- To provide assistance to employees and guest in any technical concerns
- To provide assistance to employees and guest in any technical concerns
- Implementing and monitoring office IT security and network
- Keep email secure
- Manages Company Domains
- Maintains and opens new websites as needed
- Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by management
