ResiBrands is the entrepreneurial mastermind behind the world's greatest home service brands. We are seeking IT Help Desk support that will assist in troubleshooting and technical IT tasks within our systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Follow-up and update customer status and information
Qualifications:
Highly technical knowledge of IT processes
Must have knowledge of automation processes
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Knowledge of ClickUp preferred
