IT Division Manager

Executive Mosaic is a dynamic online media company that reports major, breaking news in the U.S. Government Contracting marketplace through three daily publications.


We're seeking an experienced IT Manager with strong managerial skills, web development expertise, process and project management experience, SEO knowledge, and Salesforce integration (a plus). This role will drive technological innovation and oversee IT initiatives within our organization.


Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor division of the IT team, ensuring high performance and collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives.
Oversee the development and maintenance of company websites, ensuring functionality and user experience standards are met.
Stay updated on new web development technologies and trends for continuous improvement and innovation.
Evaluate and optimize IT processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Manage IT projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget and timeline.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimize website visibility and traffic.
Evaluate Salesforce integration opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders on implementation.
Manage the IT department budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide regular reports to the CEO on IT initiatives, projects statuses, budget utilization, and key performance indicators (KPI).
Oversee all the IT projects and maintain effective communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in Virginia, USA for coordination and task delegation.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT management, with expertise in web development, project management, and SEO.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, mentorship and project management skills.
