IT Business Analyst - SRS

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing technical documentation, particularly Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). The primary responsibility of the IT Business Analyst will be to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear and concise technical documentation for our projects.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
- Write clear and concise Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) based on gathered requirements.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Review and update technical documentation as needed.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with writing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) is a must.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, EST business hours;

- The position is offered as a freelance contract.
