Position: IT Account Executive

We are actively seeking an experienced IT Account Executive to join our team. This full-time role encompasses a 40-hour week, running from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for making cold calls, generating leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate cold calls and research to identify prospective clients.
- Manage client appointments, and re-engage with potential clients for follow-ups.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, appointments, and interactions with clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B cold calling within the IT industry.
- Demonstrated success in appointment setting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline.
