ISA inside sales agent for real estate sales

386RealEstate is hiring an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) position. This role will be responsible for contacting leads via phone calls and text through FOLLOWUPBOSS and generating opportunities and appointments for agents.

Skills:
Good people skills, good on the phone
Goal-driven and ready to work!
Managing CRM system according to our best practices
Checking in with agents on transactions and appointments set
Basic understanding of Real Estate terminology and the process of buying and selling

Requirements

Some weekend availability is required but varies
Resume highlighting your experience in Real Estate
Real Estate license and experience a plus
