About the role
We're searching for an attentive and methodical Remote IMS Document Controller & Data Compliance Officer. You'll be responsible for maintaining and managing the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensuring adherence to our ISO systems and policies. The role is 100% remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining the IMS
Document control: numbering, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents from our technical teams and project departments
Conducting regular audits to ensure the integrity of IMS documentation
Ensuring company-wide compliance with ISO systems and policies
Providing administrative support to project teams and departments
Ensuring that all documents comply with company and ISO standards
About you
As the ideal candidate, you are a detail-oriented professional who excels at document control and data compliance. You can work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Key qualifications and skills:

A relevant degree or qualification in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in document control and data compliance, preferably within the renewable energy sector
Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and ISO standards
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other document control software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
