JOB OVERVIEW

As a Human Resources Manager at Dextra Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all HR functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives. Your focus will be on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
2. People Management:
• Act as a liaison between VAs and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work
environment.
• Conduct regular engagement initiatives and activities for individual contractors.
3. Performance Management:
• Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance
reviews.
• Provide coaching and support to managers in managing VAs performance.
4. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate VAs development programs.
• Encourage continuous learning and skill development among VAs.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company’s Code of Conduct and regulations.
6. Benefits Administration:
• Establish and manage VAs benefits programs.
• Communicate and educate VAs on available benefits.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
