REQUIREMENTS

- Most importantly: Honesty, and a commitment to candid communication — even when it’s hard.
- Strong logical faculties & an analytical mind.
- Strong organizational skills & time management abilities.
- Prompt communication.
- A dependable computer, power connection, and high-speed internet + backup hotspot.
- A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Willingness to log hours using a time tracker, such as Hubstaff.

- Process/workflow planning experience.
- Project management experience.
- Broad experience within HubSpot across their Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations Hubs.
- Comfort using Gsuite and Google Drive.
- An interest in learning and getting better in all aspects of life; not just professionally.

EXPECTATIONS

- Communicate honestly, clearly, candidly, and in advance whenever possible.
- Let us know if you’re not going to reach your agreed-up hours or productivity quota any given week, as soon as you possibly can (i.e. if you’re sick or lose power due to a weather event, please let us know ASAP).
