HubSpot Administrator

Greetings,

Our Reputation Management consulting agency, based in the U.S. (EST) is in search of a HubSpot Administrator to help our small sales team ensure they are getting the most from HubSpot. All applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the HubSpot Marketing Pro environment, having created a minimum of 100 complex workflow automation projects in HubSpot Marketing Pro. Candidate should be well versed in all things related to workflows, including the use of If this - then that branches, triggers, list management, and more. In addition, candidates should understand campaigns and be prepared to analyze the results and data of different emails and overall campaigns. This role will also lead efforts as it relates to social media engagement on behalf of the company.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to draft compelling email messaging to be used in our workflow automation, though this will come later, as the candidate better understands our products and services.

Candidate must be an exceptional communicator, self-driven, and feel comfortable making recommendations to our team on processes that may be better suited for reaching our business goals. Our company has been using HubSpot for just six months and we are looking for someone who can help steer us towards the best use cases for maximizing our productivity. Communication and collaboration are key.

Candidate should have experience using Zapier integrations, in particular within HubSpot workflows. Experience with Notion as a project management tool would also be ideal.

This role will likely start at 10 to 20 hours per week with the possibility of expanding based on needs within the company and performance. We are a small agency and onboarding will be an immersive process, meaning, you'll be jumping right into the platforms and understanding our processes in your first week.
