* Manage our social media presence across Facebook and Instagram, growing engagement and identifying potential leads.
* Ensure our Google My Business profile and Google Local Services account are up-to-date and optimized for maximum exposure.
* Design stunning marketing materials using Canva for emails, mailers, and online promotions.

**You're the Perfect Fit if You Have:**

* A proven track record of success in real estate marketing or a related field.
* Experience with video editing, content creation, and social media management.
* A creative eye and the ability to design eye-catching visuals with Canva.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
