Hospice Scheduler

As a Hospice Scheduler, you will assume responsibility for the initial coordination of care and scheduling between our elderly patients and the clinical team, as well as office administrative assistant tasks.

Hospice knowledge and scheduling experience is required. Office/clerical and administrative experience along with a proven ability to manage a fast-paced, independent work schedule.

Homecare Home Base EMR experience is preferred.

Knowledge of Kinnser/WellSky software is REQUIRED!!
