FeldCare Connects is a home health therapy network located in California, we are looking for a MEDICAL quality assurance coordinator. Previous home health experience preferred.This is a full time position.
Job Description: Review patient charts and ensure timely, consistent, and complete submission of clinical Upgrade to see actual info reading charts, ensure the treatment is consistent with the diagnosis. Make sure all clinical visits have accompanying documentation.
Assist and guide clinicians in their administrative work, ensuring that documentation is consistent with specific Medicare guidelines. Coordinate with patients, physicians, home health agencies, and clinicians to maintain high consistency in the quality of patient care.
