Home-Based Online English Teacher

We are looking for teachers who are interested in being a part of our team of tutors.
You will be teaching English to Chinese students from kids to adults.
You will have the freedom to choose your schedules as long as you can include these certain requirements:
Must be able to open classes at least 5 hours on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
Can also teach or open classes on weekdays
May open between 5 pm to 9 pm
No specific time is required but currently, classes within these times (7 pm to 9 PM) are preferred (peak hours)
  
The following are a plus, but they are not required:
Background in ESL
TESOL Certificate
Knowledge of the Chinese language
 
Requirements:
Stable internet connection
Desktop or laptop with webcam
Headset with a stick-type microphone
Quiet and private room
No teaching experience needed
Proficiency in English language
Must have good communication skills
Patient and adaptable

 
Salary: Our base rate is PHP 85/lesson (a lesson is good for 25 minutes)? In an hour, you can earn PHP 170 but this can also increase through the following incentives if you can meet the standard set by the company:
Chinese speaker incentive
Performance incentive - may go up every 3 months depending on the tutor's performance
