Job Summary:
The Hiring Manager is responsible for overseeing the full cycle recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent for the organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs and manages the recruitment team to ensure efficient and effective hiring practices are implemented. The Hiring Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Analyze job market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate recruitment effectiveness.

Candidate Sourcing and Selection:
- Oversee the candidate sourcing process, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Make hiring recommendations based on comprehensive evaluations and client/manager feedback.

Talent Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Nurture relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed about relevant opportunities.
- Implement strategies to promote the company's employer brand and reputation.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and lead the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to discuss hiring goals, challenges, and best practices.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.

Process Optimization and Compliance:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure proper documentation and adherence to best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws/regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
