JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform, utilizing its features to enhance marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and overall business operations. The GoHighLevel Specialist will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing our GoHighLevel account to drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
**Platform Management:** Manage and maintain the GoHighLevel platform, including user accounts, settings, and integrations.
**Automation & Workflow Creation:** Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and operational processes.
**Campaign Management:** Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and social media integration.
**Funnel Development:** Develop and optimize sales funnels to increase conversion rates and improve customer journey experiences.
**CRM Management:** Oversee CRM activities, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and effective use of customer data for targeted marketing.
**Training & Support:** Provide training and ongoing support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on GoHighLevel functionalities and best practices.
**Analytics & Reporting:** Monitor and analyze performance metrics, creating detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
**Integration:** Ensure seamless integration with other tools and platforms, such as Zapier, to enhance functionality and data flow.
**Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve any issues related to the GoHighLevel platform and its integrations.

Qualifications:
**Experience:** Proven experience as a GoHighLevel Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in GoHighLevel.
**Technical Skills:** In-depth knowledge of GoHighLevel features and functionalities, including automation, CRM, campaign management, and funnel building.
**Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
**Communication:** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and support teaUpgrade to see actual infombers effectively.
**Problem-Solving:** Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
**Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and executing campaigns.
**Adaptability:** Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:
**Certifications:** GoHighLevel certification or related certifications in marketing automation or CRM tools.
**Additional Tools:** Experience with other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels).
**Industry Knowledge:** Understanding of industry best practices in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
