Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor with a creative flair and proficiency in creating eye-catching YouTube Thumbnails to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through video and possess a keen eye for detail. They should be able to transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our brand's vision and style. Additionally, the candidate should have experience designing custom thumbnails optimized for YouTube to maximize click-through rates and viewer engagement.

Video Editor Responsibilities:

-Edit raw footage to create high-quality video content for various platforms, including YouTube.
-Collaborate with content creators to understand their vision and objectives for each video.
-Cut and arrange footage, add transitions, graphics, and special effects to enhance visual appeal.
-Ensure continuity, pacing, and overall storytelling consistency in the final product.
-Optimize audio quality, including adjusting levels, adding music, and incorporating sound effects.
-Stay updated on industry trends and editing techniques to continuously improve video quality.
-Manage video files and maintain an organized library for easy access and retrieval.

YouTube Thumbnail Creator Responsibilities:

-Design visually compelling thumbnails that grab viewers' attention and encourage clicks.
-Collaborate with content creators to understand the video's theme, message, and target audience.
-Create thumbnails that accurately represent the content while maximizing engagement potential.
-Incorporate branding elements, text overlays, and relevant imagery to enhance thumbnail impact.
-Ensure thumbnails adhere to platform guidelines and specifications for optimal visibility.
-Conduct A/B testing and analyze thumbnail performance to identify areas for improvement.
-Stay updated on design trends and best practices for creating effective thumbnails.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in video editing (for Video Editor role) and thumbnail design (for Thumbnail Creator role).
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
3. Strong creative skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with content creators and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
5. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
6. Portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects (for Video Editor) and thumbnail designs (for Thumbnail Creator).
