RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone that can provide Advanced Setup and Customization support that includes the following:
- SaaS and snapshot expertise
- Domains, Wordpress hosting, GoDaddy and Google Domains/Squarespace
- Phone (Twilio) troubleshooting and number porting
- End-to-end automations, pipelines and funnels
- Contact database cleanup and importing, smart lists, tags, custom fields
- Custom calendar setups
- Website integrations (forms and widgets)
- End-user testing and training
- Payments, invoicing and contracts/documents
- Analytics
- Integrations, Marketplace Apps, Developer Activities
- And so on
We have a partner doing Tech Setup, Orientation and Live Support. This role will be to do most everything else in supporting both our internal and customer sub-accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Mandatory technical experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional English and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into simple terms.
- A problem-solver at heart, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Energetic
- Self-starter
