We're a software development agency specializing in helping startups build SaaS products. We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads/Media Buyer Specialist to drive lead generation for our business.
We primarily serve startups aiming to develop web and mobile apps, landing pages, AI systems, and websites. Our services span from initial planning and design through development to monetization, transforming their software into a SaaS solution.
Historically, our leads have predominantly come from referrals and RFP systems similar to Upwork.
Position Requirements:
- Great case studies with actual monetary results that explains why you're the right fit for this task (Preferably case studies that fit the problem we are trying to solve).
- Great testimonials or reviews from past clients with actual monetary results attached to the testimonial
Role Expectations:
- Start with Google Ads and, depending on success, expand into
- Work on a performance-based compensation model. We offer a base fee plus a performance bonus.

Expectations:
We are not looking for candidates who require a large upfront payment, as we need to allocate significant funds towards lead generation (Ads Budget).
We're looking for someone that can guarantee results & share the risks with us since we're going to spend a lot of money upfront to generate leads.
