Seeking a skilled individual for a one-time gig to provide instruction in hand-drawn or traditional sketching for remodeling projects. While digital tools are available, we're specifically interested in mastering the art of pen and paper sketches to accurately convey remodeling ideas.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized instruction in hand-drawn sketching techniques for specific remodeling projects.
2. Teach accurate measurement translation and visualization on paper without digital aids.
3. Guide sketching methods for locating beams, reframing, and modifying doors and windows.
4. Assist in visualizing and sketching out various remodeling ideas using traditional tools.
