Our team includes two experienced CPAs who are here to share their knowledge in a fast-growing, dynamic startup setting. We prioritize developing virtual CFO packages to secure 12 month, high-ticket retainers contracts for our clients. Job Description:
FirmOS seeks an HR Specialist who is passionate about people, culture, and fostering a productive workplace environment. You'll lead our recruitment efforts, using HR tools, strategies and analytics to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include managing our recruitment outreach campaigns, evaluating candidates through modern methods like Loom reviews, and leveraging HR tools to make data-driven recommendations to ensure we hire individuals who are not just qualified but are the right fit for our team.

Desired Outcomes & Goals of the Role:
90-day goals:
- Manage and optimize recruitment outreach campaigns through cold email and LinkedIn, ensuring a steady flow of quality candidates.
- Handle our process of collecting applications, managing the recruitment inbox, and scheduling interviews to maximize efficiency and candidate experience.
- Review Looms and other application materials to thoroughly evaluate candidates, focusing on their fit for the role based on a set of established criteria.
- Leverage Hiring tools, data and analytics to inform and support hiring decisions, ensuring recommendations to the team are backed by solid evidence and analysis.
Effectively present candidates to the team, providing clear, data-supported recommendations on the best hires for our startup.

Skills You'll Need:
- Proven track record of managing successful recruitment campaigns, including cold outreach and social media engagement.
- Strong ability to analyze candidate data, application materials, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Skilled in managing a high volume of emails and scheduling, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Comfortable using data analysis tools and software to evaluate candidates and improve recruitment strategies.
- Ability to meticulously review application materials, including Looms, resumes and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Exceptional ability to communicate findings and recommendations to the team clearly.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using AI Hiring tools is highly valued but not mandatory.
