What you’ll do:
Recruitment:
> Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
> Review and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
> Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
> Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
> Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
> Prepare interview materials (candidate scorecard) and assist with the development of interview questions.
> Assist in creating engaging job postings and compelling content for various recruitment channels.
> Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
> Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics for management review.

The ideal candidate has:
> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
> Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or related roles.
> Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
> Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
> Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
> Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
> Strong knowledge of employee engagement theories, best practices, and trends.
> Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives.
