HR Recruiter & Social Media Short Form Content Creator: Work From Home Remote Position with USA Based Trucking Company

EXAM Transport & Co. is hiring an HR Recruiter with strong English speaking communication skills. This position recruits Truck Drivers who apply into our company and takes them through a phone interview, answers pre-hire questions accurately, sends e-sign paperwork and documents to drivers, follows them through the online qualification process until they are qualified. You must possess the ability to respond to inbound applications very quickly, reply quickly to text messages and emails and answer phone calls with speed & professionalism - candidate must have a very flexible schedule and a true desire to succeed.

We are looking to employ an HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. Degree in Human Resources is a Plus but not required. Experience in any type of sales position over the phone is a plus but not required. Experience created short-form Social Media content such as Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts and TikToks is required. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs. The HR recruiter will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.
