Must be able to speak and write EXCELLENT conversational English (with little or no accent).
Must have an outgoing personality and be comfortable speaking with clients and job applicants on Zoom and the telephone.
Must have at least 2 years job recruiting experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with clients to gather information for Virtual Assistant hiring.
- Creating and implementing SOPs.
- Posting job positions.
- Screening applicants.
- Updating clients and scheduling Zoo
- Onboarding new employees.
- Phone text/calls if needed.
Sales experience is a plus.
Hours:
- Full time work.
- 9am- 5pm US Central Time
*Starting salary is $700/mo US + hiring bonuses.
