As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Manager to join our dynamic HR team and support our ongoing efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

The HR Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director with daily operations. This position is ideal for a proactive and resourceful individual who is capable of making informed decisions independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

*Collaborate with the HR Director and recruitment team to identify staffing needs and assist in crafting comprehensive job descriptions.
*Support the HR team in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and values.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for HR teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, facilitating open and effective communication.
*Address teaUpgrade to see actual infomber relations issues, providing resolutions or escalating complex matters to the HR Manager as needed.
*Foster a positive work environment, encouraging open communication and proactively addressing teaUpgrade to see actual infomber feedback.
*Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
*Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep up-to-date with any changes in legislation.
*Conduct HR audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
*Collaborate on performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
*Assist in administering performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
*Support compensation reviews and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.
*Generate HR reports and analytics to inform management decisions.
*Contribute to teaUpgrade to see actual infomber engagement activities, training programs, and professional development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

*Proven experience (typically 4-5 years) in HR-related roles, preferably in the technology industry/BPO/call center environment.
*Strong understanding of labor laws and employment standards.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
*Proactive and solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
*Experience in HR audits, performance management, and employee relations preferred.
