Job Description:

Position Overview:As an HR Assistant at Vteco Computer Solutions, Inc., you will be an integral part of our Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support and contributing to the efficient and effective functioning of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with the organization and filing of HR records and documents.

Benefits Administration: Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, assisting in resolving issues.
Support benefits enrollment and liaise with benefits providers.

Time and Attendance: Manage time and attendance records, including leave requests and time-off tracking.
Assist in preparing and submitting payroll data accurately and on time.

Compliance and Policy Implementation: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures align with federal and state employment regulations.
Contribute to the implementation and communication of HR policies.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, referring matters to the HR team when necessary.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all HR interactions.

Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and maintain HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
Contribute to data analysis for HR projects and initiatives.
